The Clerk of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, is directed to refill the master jury wheel in all divisions of the Eastern District of Arkansas in accordance with the Amended Jury Plan.  The starting date for drawing panels from this newly-established jury wheel will be January 1, 2019.

Petit jury panels will be drawn from the jury wheel from time to time during the one-year life of the wheel as needs of the court dictate.  Grand jury panels will be drawn from the jury wheel as directed by the court.
