NextGen CM/ECF - Upgraded Electronic Filing System
The Eastern District of Arkansas Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system is an automated case management and docketing system designed specifically for the Federal Court. The case management and docketing (CM) portion is a nationally supported system that provides customized docketing and reporting capability. The electronic case files (ECF) portion allows attorneys to submit documents that are created in electronic form to the Court by means of the Internet.
The Federal Judiciary has developed a Next Generation (NextGen) Case Management/ Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system that will allow attorneys to use the same account for both PACER and electronic filing access. The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas is a NextGen Court.
