The Clerk of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Arkansas, is directed to refill the master jury wheel in all divisions of the Eastern District of Arkansas in accordance with the Amended Jury Plan. The starting date for drawing panels from this newly-established jury wheel will be January 1, 2026.
