The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to furnish, deliver, remove existing and install  80 new jury chairs in designated courtrooms. The intent of this RFP is to secure high-quality, durable seating appropriate for courtroom jury boxes. Vendors must include all associated costs, including delivery, removal, and installation, in their submitted bid price. The selected vendor will be responsible for:

Supplying jury chairs that meet the specifications described below;

1. Delivery to the Richard Sheppard Arnold United States Courthouse.  500 W. Capitol Ave.  Little Rock, AR  72201
2. Removal and installation of chairs and bases in jury boxes in courtrooms as directed
3. Jury chair specifications:

1. The court to select final finish on the wood for the arms.
2. The upholstery should be grade 4 with final selection by the courts.
3. The bids shall be submitted via email to Lance Smith at lance_smith@ared.uscourts.gov on Tuesday,  September 9h by 2pm CT.
