In the event of a government shutdown, the United States District Court will be open for regular business.  Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents and the issuance of court orders and opinions.  The Clerk's office will be closed December 24th and 25th and open for business on December 26th.
