Out of State Attorneys

Requirements for Admission - Each bullet represents a separate requirement.

  • Complete Petition for Admission and Personal History Statement.
  • Complete Attorney's Oath.
  • Provide current original Certificate of Good Standing from the Clerk of the Supreme Court where you principally practice law.
  • Provide current original Certificate of Good Standing from the Clerk of the U.S. District Court where you are enrolled.
  • Remit $223 Application Fee (effective December 1, 2023).

  • Submit original documents to the Clerk’s office of the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Arkansas at 600 W Capitol Ave, Rm A149, Little Rock, AR 72201.
