The United States District Court, Eastern District Arkansas (ARED) is requesting quotes for installation service of nine (9) new Cisco C9300-48P-E and four (4) C9300-24P-E switches at the Richard Sheppard Arnold Little Rock courthouse, replacing the existing C3850-48P and C3850-24P switches. Requirements include the following:

· Vendor must be a Cisco Gold Certified Partner.

· Vendor must have previous, documented experience working on Federal Government IT systems.

· Work is to take place in December 2024.

· All Cisco hardware has been purchased by ARED.

· Configure Cisco IOS on new switches to match configurations of current switches.

· Move copper and fiber patch cables including SFP modules to new switches.

· Conduct baseline testing prior to switch installation, and again afterward.

· Configuration and staging work can be done during business hours prior to the installation and cutover to the new switches.

· Mounting and cutover of switches is to be completed in the timespan of one weekend.

· Provide day one support on first business day after installation is complete.
