The US District Court-Eastern District of Arkansas invites you to bid on a large carpet installation project. The scope of work will be to remove and reinstall all of the carpet in the courtrooms and associated spaces on one floor in the annex building of the Richard Sheppard Arnold United States Courthouse. The scope includes the courtrooms, attorney witness conference rooms, jury deliberation rooms and the spaces that adjoin them. There are no personal offices in this scope. Included below is a map showing these areas highlighted. This work will be managed by the court staff, pending approval from GSA. The court will supply the carpet, but the contractor will be responsible for the removal, disposal, glue, base, and other supplies associated with the installation of the carpet in these spaces.
Included in this request is a floor plan with the scope of work highlighted and square footages noted, a detailed scope of work and a list of contract requirements or clarifications. Please utilize the Bid Summary Submittal Sheet for your submittal format as shown below. Please also provide at least three references of other large commercial renovation projects your team has completed in the last four years. Your bid is to be submitted via email no later than Friday, May 16th at 5pm CT.
