The US District Court-Eastern District of Arkansas invites you to bid on a large carpet installation project.  The scope of work will be to remove and reinstall all the carpet in the courtrooms and associated spaces on one floor in the annex building of the Richard Sheppard Arnold United States Courthouse.  The scope includes the courtrooms, attorney witness conference rooms, and jury deliberation rooms.  There are no personal offices or hallways in this scope.  Included is a map showing these areas highlighted.  This work will be managed by the court staff, pending approval from GSA.  The court will supply the carpet and adhesive, but the contractor will be responsible for the removal, disposal, base, and other supplies associated with the installation of the carpet in these spaces.
